Art Therapy

Art therapy consists of private sessions during which participants will learn to express their emotions through art.

It is therefore important to create a playful space in which to experiment, letting one's imagination flow freely.

The teacher will try to stimulate the recovery and development of his own creativity through dialogue and the use of different artistic techniques such as painting, collage and mixed media.

Participating in an art therapy session can also be useful to those who study to become art therapists, to understand the functioning mechanisms of the meeting between therapist and participant.


Art therapy sessions last 1 hour and are held once a week.


It is possible to book only the first session: based on what has emerged during this meeting, it will be decided together with the teacher how many other sessions will be useful to complete the participant’s individual path.
