Art therapy online
Making art means to understand and accept your inner world and bring it out, translating it into colors and shapes.
During the Art therapy sessions, you will learn how to get in touch with your emotions and express them through creativity.
Art will help you change perspective, embrace your strengths and weaknesses, take risks, loose control, live the moment. Knowing how to paint is not important, what matters is how you approach painting, and what your creations say about yourself.
Sessions are private, since the conversations regard personal matters and are confidential.
Each session lasts 60 minutes, and schedules will be decided with the art therapist.
We recommend to start with a 4 sessions package.
– watercolor paper
– acrylics or watercolor paint
– any material that you have at home will be fine!
