Oil painting online

With oil painting you can create images of great realism, achieved by applying colors through a series of glazes on a canvas prepared with a layer of acrylic gesso. The process is slow and methodical, but it allows but it allows for continuous corrections, making it the technique most suitable for beginner students. 

Example of program:
– Drawing and cardboard preparation
– Transferring the drawing on canvas/paper though spolvero or carbon paper
– Underpainting layer in monochrome starting from dark to light with burnt amber diluted with turpentine (grisaille)
– Preparation of different color gradations
– Application of colors
– Details and finishes

We suggest participants to prepare a series of images they would like to reproduce during the lessons.
The curse is suitable for both beginners and advanced level students.
