The treasures of the Cassa di Risparmio of Florence Collection

Once again the art collection of the CR Firenze Foundation reopens to the public. A collection of hidden treasures that can be visited free of charge, by reservation only on weekends until December 2019. Not an exhibition, but an exclusive visit to the Ente Cassa di Risparmio of Florence head offices in Via Bufalini, which provides ??? the rich artistic heritage collected over the years.
The precious collection of "In collezione" begins from the 13th-14th century with works by great masters such as Giotto and Mariotto di Nardo, and winds along a path that includes Ginori ceramics, tapestries, but above all paintings from every centyry: Filippino Lippi, Ghirlandaio, Perugino, and again, panels from the house of Vasari in Borgo Santa Croce, works by Macchiaioli painters such as Fattori, and of twentieth-century artists including Primo Conti, Ardengo Soffici and Llewelyn Lloyd.
Of particularly interest is the series of Florence views executed by Fabio Borbottoni in the second half of the nineteenth century, which allows us to rediscover an ancient Florence and its lost places.

Here are the dates on which you can visit the collection:
18-19 May
15-16 June
14-15 September
19-20 October
16-17 November
14-15 December
